Refund policy 

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return the unused portion of your order in original packaging within15 days for a full refund..We charge a restocking fee of 10%. We will not return the shipping fee, only the price of the  item you returned. 

Exchange policy 

We will exchange or upgrade an item within 7 days  of original purchase .You will be given credit for the same amount of the original purchase price not including shipping. You will have to return items unused in original packaging or you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We reserve the right to decline a request to exchange based on our discretion and if the product is not in stock. 

Authenticity 

Our chains are authentic Italian sterling silver chains from Italy. They are manufactured and assembled in Italy with the registered trademark stamps of  our suppliers.  They are the highest standard of quality chains and are  92.5% real sterling silver chains. 

Damaged or Broken

The chain sizes and weights listed  can vary. We are not in control of this and we will not take responsibility for  incorrect chain measurements. The price is determined by piece and not the weight or size and listed for your convenience.
